Reading

Here is a picture of Hailey reading! She loves books and looks through them and pretends to read. Patrick and I always ask her if she wants us to read her a book and she quickly responds, "NO, I read to you" and then goes about her business like she knows what she is doing! It is really cute!

Mother's Day

I Love, Love, Love, Love, Love this baby girl!!! I am so grateful that I am her mommy!

Swim Day

For Mother's Day we hung out with both sets of grandparents and cousins. Hailey spent almost the entire day in the pool and loving life. It was a great day surrounded by family! Hailey, Aunt Amy and Me with my growing BELLY and BODY!

Caesar's Palace

A friend of ours got married at Caesar's Palace so we decided to go there a little early to show Hailey all the sights. She absolutely loved looking at the fish in the huge aquarium.

Her favorite thing was the giant horse at FAO Swartz. She kept pointing and saying, "Giant Horse, Giant Horse." It was so cute! Patrick and I still hear all about the giant horse and how we need to go see him again! =)

Playing At The Park

We went to the park for my work picnic and Hannah, Sydney, Grandma and Grandpa tagged along. The kids had a blast, especially playing in the water. Daddy had a hard time staying on his feet when he was taking Hailey down the slide! She thought it was hilarious!

Eating Cereal Like Daddy

Boy, Hailey sure loves to eat her cereal! She looks forward to drinking the milk just like daddy!

Swim Lessons

On May 4th Hailey had her first swimming lessons. She was a little shy and was hugging her daddy's neck very tight at first. She quickly got comfortable with her teacher and the water and then she began to have a BLAST! Here she is waiting to go into the pool!Hailey is hugging her daddy's neck really tight here because she wasn't quite sure what to expect!

They played Ring Around the Rosie and Humpty Dumpty. She was jumping off this thing like a pro after a few times.

Hailey showing off her surfing skills. We have been to swim lessons only a few times now but she loves it. She looks forward to them all week long. She also loves to tell everyone about swim lessons and what she gets to do there!

Thanks to Patrick for being such a great sport about it. There was NO WAY I was getting my pregnant butt into a swimming suit. I got a few weird looks from him when the teacher and other mommies started singing and acting silly but he soon warmed up to it and now he looks forward to it every week about as much as Hailey does!

SeSaMe StReEt

For Easter my mom surprised the three little girls with tickets to go see Sesame Street. Hailey absolutely LOVED it. She was dancing and clapping and she loved all of the characters, especially Elmo!

As soon as Hailey woke up this morning she was begging to put her "pretty ladybug dress" on. She is always wanting her toes painted, every pair of shoes she sees in the store, and to wear a dress all the time! It cracks me up!
