Hailey has some serious issues with her underwear riding up her butt. It is so funny to always see her picking her wedgies!

Sad Day
We took Tyler to get circumcised today. We captured some before and after pictures of the HORRIBLE ordeal!
Here he is before! He seems to be wondering what is going to happen to him!
Here he is after! I think the "finger" explains how he feels about us putting him through it! Poor kid. It was super sad!
Bath Time
Daddy gave Tyler his first sink bath and Hailey decided to help. Tyler LOVED his bath. He never cried, he just laid there and seemed to be really happy and relaxed!

Since Tyler got to bathe in the sink, Hailey thought that she should get to do it too! Here she is getting squeaky clean in the sink that she was much to big for!

Big Sister, Little Brother
Hailey was so excited to become a Big Sister. While I was pregnant Hailey would constantly kiss or rub my tummy and try to talk to her Little Brother. She would always put her lips on my tummy and ask in a whisper voice" Brother, you done growing yet?" It was super cute. Patrick and I weren't really sure how she would react to him actually arriving but we have been pleasantly surprised at how instant her love for him was. She is already a little protector. The first time she heard him cry she started crying too because she wanted her daddy and I to hurry and make her brother feel better. It was sweet! Here are a few pictures of Hailey and Tyler...
This is right before Tyler arrived. Hailey was so excited!
The first time Hailey saw Tyler she ran right over and kissed him and then showed him her baby doll! =)
The first picture with the four of us!
Hailey looking at her baby brother!
I love this picture because it looks like Tyler is smiling! Hailey is already an amazing Big Sissy!
Look at the difference in size...It is amazing! Hailey looks huge next to him!

Tyler Keith Halligan
On the morning of August 10, Patrick and I headed to a routine stress test to check my toxemia and to make sure our little guy was doing OK. Some things were a little off so my doctor wanted to see me back in her office at 4 pm. When we got there she decided there was no reason to risk things because I was exactly 39 weeks so she sent us straight over to the hospital to have a baby! I was a little nervous and Patrick of course was thrilled! I was sure that our little guy wouldn't be born until the next day because labor with Hailey was SO LONG, but he made his way into the world at 11:06 pm, a day after his daddy's birthday! We decided to name him Tyler (the only name we could agree on) Keith (after my father and grandfather). He was 7 lbs. 8 oz., 2 lbs. 2 oz. bigger than his sister, and was cute as a button!

Patrick's Birthday
Patrick turned 28 today! He is always teasing me and telling me that I am getting old! The good thing is, no matter how old I get, he will always be older than me! =) The night before his birthday his brother Chris and I took Patrick to Rodney Carrington where we all laughed our butts off.... good times. The day of his birthday we invited the all of the family over for dinner, cake and icecream to celebrate his Big Day!
Happy Birthday Patrick,
We love you so much and wish you the best birthday ever! Thanks for being the best husband and daddy that Hailey and I could ask for!

Camping!
This is a funny story from an email my Aunt Terri sent me. I wanted to share because it shows how smart and funny Hailey can be....
Amanda,
I'm glad Hailey got to go camping. She is so funny. . . Here's a story...your mom was trying to get her to eat and she just wanted to play. Grandma said, "Hailey, eat or you'll have to go to the trailer." So Hailey stops a minute, leans over to Makenzie and asks,"Kenzie, you wanna go to the trailer?" Grandma gave up!
Love,
Aunt Terri

Missing Hailey!
Every year our family goes on a camping trip to Duck Creek. I was on strict orders from my doctor this year that I would not be allowed to go! =( Somehow we let my mom and dad talk us into taking Hailey with them for the weekend. She left Thursday night and Patrick and I have been going crazy without her. It will be the longest that I have EVER been away from her. Patrick has been away from her for longer because of work trainings but it was weird being home and having her away. We made my mom and dad promise to call as much as possible and to take lots of pictures! She will FINALLY be home tomorrow night and we can't wait to see her!
