Comedian

Well, my little comedian did it again. Yesterday the family was over at my mom and dad's watching football and enjoying each other's company. Hailey came running inside and asked me if I wanted to jump on the trampoline with her. I said "sure" and her response was, "OK, but be careful with your boobs mommy, they are really big!" I think everyone in the room just about died laughing while I about died of embarrassment! Kids say the funniest things, that is FOR SURE!

Funny

Yesterday when I was doing Hailey's hair and getting her ready to leave she, out of nowhere, starting screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOO". I asked her why she was screaming No and her response was, "I talking to my finger mommy!" I was really confused and asked her why she kept telling her finger No. She said, "Cuz it wants to pick my nose!"

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

I have a comedian in my house and she is HILARIOUS!!! Love her to death and I appreciate all the laughs she gives me DAILY!

Oh, and her new word is Fudgie. That's what she calls wedgies now! It is humorous to have her tell me she has a fudgie and sit and watch her try and pull her underwear out of her butt!

This last picture cracks me up. My dad's cousin, Jerry Lynn, dressed up as a witch. I for sure thought Hailey would be TERRIFIED of her, but she followed this witch around all night. She wanted to sit in her lap and hug her every chance she got! When it was time to leave I asked Hailey if she was ready and she said, "No mommy, not until I see the witch fly home on her vacuum!" =) I have no clue why she thinks witches fly on vacuums but it was so cute! Jerry Lynn gave Hailey the red boa to remember her by.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Another birthday came and went for me. Funny how I used to get so worked up for my birthdays and now that I am older it just feels like another day. Patrick worked really hard on making me feel special! He is amazing! Thanks for giving me another fabulous birthday celebration Patrick, I love you!

2 months

Yesterday Tyler turned 2 months old. I can't believe it has already been 2 months. Looking at him he is so much bigger than Hailey was at this age! He is such a joy and we all love him to pieces! Some fun things that he is doing this month are...

• He loves to lay on the floor and kick his feet like mad and make silly noises
• Sometimes he cries because he just wants to be left alone
• He smiles and coos a lot and seems to be entertained rather easily
• He loves his daddy and stares at him constantly
• He moved into size 2 diapers
• We moved him out of the bassinet and into a pack and play because he was just too big
• He goes down at night and sleeps for about 6 hours ( WOO HOO)
• He still pees as soon as his diaper comes off
• Took his first airplane ride
• The last doc appointment he was 12lbs. 6 oz. and 23 inches
  

This is a picture of Tyler at his appointment with the heart specialist. He still has a small hole in his heart. A condition that they are calling ASD (atrial septal defect). The doctors seems to think it will heal on its own so that is a good thing! The bright light in the corner of the picture is a toy Hailey was holding up to try and distract him. She was so concerned for him and kept telling him, "It's ok brother!" She sure loves him!

Pumpkin Patch Fun

We went with some friends to the pumpkin patch and the kids had a blast! Here is a picture of Hailey riding the ride by herself. I was surprised that she rode it, and even more surprised that she wanted to ride by herself! She is getting too big! Hailey and Tyler posing in front of some pumpkins.
