Today Tyler is 19 months old and I have been really bad about keeping up with writing about his progress! I can blame it on him keeping me REALLY busy, right? I have said it a MILLION times but.... Why does it have to go so fast? He is turning into a REAL character. We love him so much!
Here are some new things he is doing this month....
- says "cheeeeeeee" every time I get the camera out to take his picture.
- when we ask him to show us his muscles he flexes really hard with his arms in the air.
- he can climb just about anything.
- he climbed the rock wall in our backyard today, something his sis just learned to do.
- he understands EVERYTHING you say but he is still not able to communicate very well.
- he has been saying words like... mama, daddy, papa, gegaw, ut oh, ball, wow, owww, yea, and bye
- music is a must for him. he dances as soon as we turn it on. his dancing is better than mine.
- likes to run, jump, skip (his version), jump up and fall on his butt, tackle anyone.
- he is a little lover. he is constantly giving kisses and hugs.
- if someone has a "boo boo" he says "0www" with a really sad face and then kisses it better.
- he can throw a ball like a champ and dribble a soccer ball extremely well.
- he LOVES to be read to. he is always bringing books over to patrick, hailey and i and saying, "uh uh" which i think means, "read it". just about the only time he holds still is when you are reading a book to him.
- he has really become a MAMA's boy. i can't do anything without him being there by my side wanting me to pick him up. he wants to hold my hand in the car, likes to sit in my lap lately (weird because he actually holds still then too), hates to share me with sis, lays his head on my shoulder when i pick him up and says "awwww" and then gives me a squeeze, loves to kiss me with his open mouth.... he just melts my heart!!!
