Pig Tails

My cousin, Angie, can put Hailey's hair into the cutest little pigtails. I try, but can't get her to sit still long enough for them to turn out straight. Angie on the other hand is a pro at doing hair, probably because her two little ones always have their hair done up so cute. They even have an entire tackle box full of any kind of hair accessory imaginable!
